What parents and kids are saying.

  • “Krissy is our daughter's therapist and I have to just rave about her. She is kind, funny, engaging, flexible and creative which means my daughter LOVES her sessions. We began working with Krissy in April so it's all been remote. She has formed a fantastic relationship and the reviews from her teachers and at her IEP meeting reflect just how much has been accomplished in such a short amount of time.”

  • “To say that [Krissy] "gets" my daughter is an understatement. She structures each appointment so that it plays to her strengths and interests. Krissy's energy, humor and passion for this work has my daughter looking forward to every session. I marvel at the sweet bond they have created and even more impressed by the growth in her language. Krissy looks at the whole child and considers the sensory, behavioral, and environmental influences on communication. She rides the wave of special needs parenting with our family -- she tackles the tough challenges, but never fails to highlight the celebrations.”

  • “You know when you know you have an amazing speech-language pathologist for your child? When she recognizes within the first few seconds that your child is in a mood and asks “What would you be doing if you weren’t doing speech right now?” And he replies “Minecraft.” She then asks if he likes to play in survival or creative mode, and he starts talking with animation and excitement and won’t stop talking about Minecraft the entire time (while also figuring out all of the Minecraft words that have “R”s in them).”
